I had the pleasure of working with David and Darren on the sale of my house and the purchase of a new one. I could not have asked for a better result in both cases. Before I get into any details, I would like to mention that they were able to sell my house in less than 24 hours! I have no experience or expertise in real estate and before going into this endeavor, I was worried I would be lost in the process. That was not the case. Both David and Darren literally walked me through each and every process and explained it in such an easy way I was able to digest and understand every step of selling and buying a home. There was never a moment I was left in the dark. One incredible trait that they exemplify is their ability to keep in constant contact. I am talking about literally being updated the second something happens. Selling and buying a house can be super stressful and a major headache but not once did I get stressed or a headache while going through this process. I should note that this was my first time selling and buying and I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout it all. These guys are very, and I repeat VERY trustworthy when handling the sale or purchase of a home. I was able to get out and get into a new home with major ease. I felt very informed and every decision I made was made with careful and insightful advice from them. No pressure, no lying, no ulterior motivations...just straight up, honest and hard working real estate agents that are extremely focused on making their clients happy. Since day one, I felt that these guys had my back and they did. They proved it in every phone call, every meeting and every step of the way. It's hard to compare which process went smoother with regards to the sale or the purchase because both were smooth and almost completely effortless. I can't give enough praise for how my situation was handled because, like I said before, going into this process I was uninformed, uneducated and at times, uneasy. These guys eradicated all that unnecessary anxiety because of their level of professionalism and most importantly, trust. David and Darren, thank you again!
